WILD ONE WITHIN

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the WILD ONE WITHIN coaching program ("Program") facilitated by Victoria Golding ("Coach", "we", "our", or "us"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The WILD ONE WITHIN coaching program is a transformative experience delivered via online video calls and includes access to a private online space where supplementary materials such as audio tracks, downloadable files, and additional resources may be provided.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol. By joining the Program, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. PROGRAM DELIVERY

• Coaching sessions are delivered via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or similar.
• Access to resources is provided through a secure online platform (e.g., member portal, Google Drive, or similar).
• You are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology.

4. BOOKING AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

• Upon registration, your participation in the Program is confirmed and non-cancellable.
• If you miss a scheduled call:
  • You are entitled to reschedule one (1) call at your convenience.
  • If you miss a second call, you are entitled to reschedule one (1) more call.
  • Rescheduled calls cannot be missed or rescheduled again. Missing a rescheduled call will result in the loss of that session.
  • From the third missed call onward, no further rescheduling will be permitted and those sessions will be forfeited with no compensation or refund.

5. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the Program.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By participating, you agree to:

• Show up fully and on time to scheduled sessions.
• Engage respectfully and confidentially with the Coach and any other participants (if applicable).
• Not share or distribute any Program materials without written permission.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and access links provided for Program resources.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided as part of the Program — including but not limited to videos, workbooks, audios, PDFs, and session content — are the intellectual property of Victoria Golding and WILD ONE WITHIN. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed in any form.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information shared within the coaching relationship will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. Group participants (if applicable) are also expected to respect the confidentiality of others.

9. DISCLAIMER

The Program is a personal development experience and is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, and actions resulting from your participation. Results are not guaranteed and vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Golding and WILD ONE WITHIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program if you breach these Terms, behave in a disruptive or harmful manner, or violate any applicable laws. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, technology failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
